Natalie Merchant Sings For Clean Water

Singer Natalie Merchant will perform  a benefit concert, “against gas shale hydrofracking” on March 10, 2012, at The Forum Theatre in Binghamton N.Y.   Merchant adds, "Hydrofracking poses the greatest threat to clean drinking water in New York and Pennsylvania right now. Our opposition to this threat is imperative. I hope people can come to the concert to show their concern." Tix are $32, and the performance time is 7 p.m. The event is sponsored by Finger Lakes Clean Waters Initiative, and funds will benefit "continued awareness and education in the fight against shale gas hydrofracking."   For more information goto>> CleanWaters.
