Graham Nash Contributes To Habitat For Humanity Benefit

Proceeds from the sale of Graham Nash's 1970's song, "Our House," for the next two months via iTunes will be in support of Habitat for Humanity's rebuilding efforts in Haiti. American Idol winner Kris Allen has partnered with the Music Empowers Foundation in the creation of a new program in support of music education in public schools. Nickelback Launches Campaign For Education

Rock band Nickelback will donate through their 'Nickelback Gives a Quarter Back' campaign a quarter to United Way Worldwide, for every person that takes a United Way pledge to become a volunteer reader, tutor, or mentor between now and December 31rst of 2011, in efforts to promote education. The Black Eyed Peas & Sting Help Fight Poverty

The proceeds collected from The Black Eyed Peas "Concert in Central Park" and generous donation from Sting's "25th Anniversary/60th Birthday Concert at the Beacon Theatre" last month, amounting in excess of of over seven million dollars, will be employed by the Robin Hood organization to fight poverty in New York City. Bret Michaels Contributes To Institution

Musician Bret Michaels has donated, the Michael's Hospitality and Music Room, to the St. Joseph's Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix. Michaels entered the facility, as a “subarachnoid hemorrhage" patient in 2010, which played a tremendous role in the singer's recovery. Michaels adds, "I want to give something back to the hospital that helped save my life... Phoenix is my home and I'm proud to be a part of this community."
