Singer Miley Cyrus has teamed up with the Starkey Hearing Foundation's Listen Carefully campaign in efforts to combat hearing loss by motivating today's youth to take a "vow to act" to protect hearing by practicing volume control, proper listening techniques, and spread the same awarness to others.
